About the Role

Arj Global India Pvt Ltd is seeking mid-level SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Consultants with strong experience in SAP Financials and enterprise-level planning implementations. The consultant will support our client in designing, implementing, and delivering scalable SAC Planning solutions across Financial Planning & Analysis, Portfolio Management, Budget Allocation, Group Consolidation, and Profitability Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Implementation & Delivery

• Implement end-to-end SAC Planning solutions for enterprise financial planning, consolidation, and performance management.
• Build integrated financial planning models covering P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Operational Planning.
• Implement Cost Center, Profit Center, and Portfolio/Project-based planning with allocation logic.
• Develop data models for multi-level budget planning, forecasting cycles, and variance analysis.
• Align SAC models with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BPC, BW/4HANA, or other data sources (Live/Import connections).
• Build planning templates, input forms, dashboards, stories, and predictive forecasting models.

Requirements (Skills & Competencies)

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Financials, with 2+ years dedicated to SAC Planning implementation and architecture.
• Proven experience in multi-entity, multi-currency financial planning and consolidation processes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAC Planning features:
  • Data Actions
  • Advanced Formulas
  • Allocations
  • Calendar Tasks
  • Predictive Scenarios
• Experience with S/4HANA Finance, SAP BPC, or Group Reporting (highly desirable).
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere / BW4HANA integration and SAP CALM for change management (preferred).
• Strong understanding of financial KPIs, cost drivers, capital planning, financial modeling.
• Familiarity with performance analytics, visual storytelling, and what-if analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified: SAC Planning or SAC Application Associate
• SAP Certified: S/4HANA Finance
