We are supporting a large, global, multi-country organisation undergoing a significant digital and process transformation. The organisation operates a critical Process Platform that enables process optimisation, automation, and data-driven decision-making across its international operations.
We are seeking a senior Product Owner / Business Analyst (hybrid role) who can bridge the gap between technical process analytics and business value realisation. This consultant will own the product vision and roadmap for both the process platform and process mining products, ensuring that insights translate into tangible outcomes for the business.
Key Responsibilities
Product Management
- Own product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for the process platform and process mining digital products
- Define, track, and report on OKRs, KPIs, and success metrics aligned to business outcomes
- Benchmark solutions against industry standards and best practices
- Clearly articulate product strategy to drive organisational alignment and buy-in
Agile Delivery & Backlog Management
- Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Own and manage product backlogs using JIRA
- Gather, refine, and translate business requirements into user stories and functional specifications
- Prioritise features and manage dependencies across cross-functional teams
Process Mining Product Development
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify and prioritise process mining use cases
- Work with data scientists and technical teams to shape and deliver process mining capabilities
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
- Drive integration between process mining insights and the wider process platform
Stakeholder Management & Value Delivery
- Act as the primary interface between global stakeholders, delivery teams, and leadership
- Drive value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support change management and adoption of new capabilities
- Coach teams and transfer knowledge to enable data-informed decision-making
This role carries full product ownership responsibility across both digital products, with a strong focus on delivering measurable, organisation-wide business value.
Required Skills & Experience
Technical / Functional Knowledge
- Extensive experience working in agile product environments within complex, global organisations
- Strong understanding of intelligent automation and process mining capabilities
- Solid knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) and process optimisation methodologies
- Hands-on experience delivering digital products with demonstrable business impact
- Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy considerations in product development
Product & Domain Expertise
- Deep experience in product discovery, strategy definition, and roadmap planning
- Proven ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical delivery
- Strong thought leadership skills with the ability to drive clarity in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
