Power Platform Engineer

Location : India, Remote

We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Engineer with strong design and hands-on development experience across the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem. The role involves building enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable applications, automations, and AI-driven solutions while ensuring governance and best practices are followed.

You will work closely with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Power Apps:
  • Canvas Apps
  • Model-Driven Apps
• Build and maintain Power Automate Cloud Flows
  • Desktop flows knowledge is a strong advantage
• Develop AI-powered solutions using Copilot Studio (Microsoft Agentic AI)
• Implement Power Platform governance:
  • Environment strategy
  • DLP policies
  • Security & compliance controls
• Work with SharePoint for data sources, integrations, and customisations
  • Working-level SharePoint experience required
  • Basic SPFx knowledge is a plus
• Implement Azure Active Directory authentication and role-based access control
• Configure and manage Azure Jobs for background and scheduled processing
• Use GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines (experience is a plus)
• Collaborate on solution design, architecture, and technical decision-making
• Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and scalability standards
• Support deployments, releases, and production troubleshooting

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven)
  • Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Experience building enterprise-ready Power Platform solutions
• Solid understanding of Power Platform governance & ALM
• Working knowledge of SharePoint Online
• Experience with Azure Active Directory authentication
• Experience with Azure Jobs / background processing
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain solutions end-to-end
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have / Added Advantage

• Power Automate Desktop Flows
• Copilot Studio / conversational AI / agentic AI experience
• SPFx (basic to intermediate)
• GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD tooling
• Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
