What You’ll Do

• Secure the Cloud – Enhance and automate security for GCP and hybrid environments.
• Threat Modeling & Risk Assessments – Proactively identify risks and design mitigation strategies.
• Build Security Tools – Develop scripts and automation (Python or similar) to detect and remediate misconfigurations.
• DevSecOps Enablement – Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to embed security in CI/CD pipelines.
• Compliance & Governance – Ensure systems meet GDPR, NIS2, ISO27001, and other regulatory requirements.
• Security Architecture – Review designs, define best practices, and influence secure system design at scale.

Key Skills We’re Looking For

• Cloud Security Expertise – Hands-on with Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or Azure.
• Coding for Security – Strong in Python (preferred) or other scripting languages for automation.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) – Experience with Terraform, security scanning of IaC, and Kubernetes security.
• DevSecOps Mindset – Knowledge of SAST, SCA, DAST, container security, and CI/CD integrations (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.).
• API & Infrastructure Security – Deep understanding of securing APIs, workloads, and cloud-native services.
• Compliance Awareness – Familiarity with GDPR, ISO27001, NIS2 standards.
• Problem-Solver – Passion for reducing risks, automating controls, and building secure systems at scale.
