Associate Technical Recruiter

Location: Bengaluru Remote – MUST BE IN Bengaluru, This a MANDATORY

We’re looking for an energetic Associate Technical Recruiter to support our Director with end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who lives on LinkedIn, understands visibility and personal branding, and enjoys connecting with people in the tech space.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using LinkedIn (strong presence & visibility is a must)
• Assist the Director in identifying, shortlisting, and managing CVs
• Screen profiles for technical and cultural fit
• Engage with candidates professionally and empathetically
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
• Use ChatGPT and AI tools to draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and screening notes
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates

What We’re Looking For

• Strong LinkedIn recruiting presence (high activity, followers, or visibility is a big plus)
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence & etiquette
• Ability to screen CVs and understand basic tech roles
• Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools in day-to-day work
• Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn
• Recent graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply

Nice to Have

• Prior exposure to technical recruitment or sourcing
• Understanding of IT roles (developers, data, product, QA, etc.)
• Interest in personal branding and recruitment marketing
