Associate Technical Recruiter
Location: Bengaluru Remote – MUST BE IN Bengaluru, This a MANDATORY

We’re looking for an energetic Associate Technical Recruiter to support our Director with end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who lives on LinkedIn, understands visibility and personal branding, and enjoys connecting with people in the tech space.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source candidates using LinkedIn (strong presence & visibility is a must)
- Assist the Director in identifying, shortlisting, and managing CVs
- Screen profiles for technical and cultural fit
- Engage with candidates professionally and empathetically
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers
- Use ChatGPT and AI tools to draft job descriptions, outreach messages, and screening notes
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
What We’re Looking For
- Strong LinkedIn recruiting presence (high activity, followers, or visibility is a big plus)
- Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence & etiquette
- Ability to screen CVs and understand basic tech roles
- Comfortable using ChatGPT / AI tools in day-to-day work
- Self-driven, organised, and eager to learn
- Recent graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply
Nice to Have
- Prior exposure to technical recruitment or sourcing
- Understanding of IT roles (developers, data, product, QA, etc.)
- Interest in personal branding and recruitment marketing
